Yes, every person entering the event must have a ticket. Ticket sales begin September 15th, 2025.
Each Author and Vendor will have a different form of payment accepted, we recommend bringing cards and cash.
You are allowed to bring 3 books/author from home. The rest must be pre-orders or bought at the tables during the signing. Each author will personalize one book and sign remaining titles, however they may have a limit to the number of items they will sign. Their limits trump ours.
ID is not required, we will scan your ticket at check-in. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the event, no exceptions, and everyone present must have a ticket.
Yes. You are allowed to bring book carts. We ask that they do not exceed 18x18 and please be mindful of other attendees.
Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferrable until July 11th, 2026. Reach out to us if you have questions or need help with this.
No, outside food and drink is not allowed, however, we will have a concession stand open and there will be free water stations throughout the event space. You may bring a reusable water bottle. If you have any dietary restrictions or need special accommodations, please fill out the ADA form in our Facebook group and we will make sure you are taken care of!
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible and we work hard to ensure all ADA needs are met. Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions regarding ADA accommodations at our event.
Yes, there is a hotel block and information on this will be emailed to you once your ticket has been purchased.
We will have a max capacity of 550 tickets sold.
Parking will be available in multiple places - through the hotel block, valet parking through the Marriott, parking garages within walking distance, and a parking lot on the World's Fair Park premises within walking distance. 2 ADA parking spots are available in front of the venue.
